oDiscuss what three to five career paths you find interesting, and how they relate to your DISC profile and your O*Net Interests.
oDiscuss how your three to five career paths align (or do not) with your specific life goals that you set earlier in the semester. Be specific as to the different types of life goals this might relate to (financial, career, learning, family/social (average hours typical in a week), etc.
oNarrow to the job type you like the best. Find a job posting for one of those on LinkedIn or similar. Use the SEARCH method sheet to discuss what strengths you would need to have to be hired and succeed in the role, and discuss how that aligns (or does not) with your Interests, DISC personality, and again, life goals.
oCompare this job posting/alignment to your current job (or career you are planning to enter, if you are not working full-time). Which is more like you? Which one helps you fulfill your goals better? How do you feel about this?
