Productivity Paradox Technology Implementation Work Productivity Discussion
This week we focus on the productivity paradox as described in chapter 7 of the Bourgeois text. The perspective of the research addressed concludes that investments in IT did not improve productivity. For this discussion, consider a recent technology implementation in your current or previous organization. Do you think that employee productivity increased as a result of the new technology implementation? Why or why not?
