University of California San Diego E Portfolio Reflection Essay
Write a 2-3 page essay double spaced size 12 font times new roman that answers that addresses the following:
- Choice of website – how and why did you choose where you designed your eportfolio? Was it user friendly? What were some of the challenges and successes with choosing your platform? (The website I used is google sites and I have attached the link right here for you to use: https://sites.google.com/view/jessesattler/home in reference to ALL of the questions here, you will NEED to use this google site to answer the questions)
- Design choices – discuss how you chose your color scheme, font choices, use of CRAP principles? What was your purpose in making these choices? (Discuss the color scheme of the project use the link above and here are the CRAP principles “C.R.A.P stands for contrast, repetition, alignment and proximity and these are the four principles of design that graphic and visual designers use all the time for websites. Discuss these and how they apply to the eportfolio website”)
- Samples – why did you choose the samples you did? (and the project pages are the ‘samples’ which are being asked here at the bottom I included a little part of why I chose each sample mostly and you can just expand on that, READ EACH PROJECT FULLY SO THAT YOU CAN EXPAND ON EACH)
- Challenges – what was the most challenging part of creating your eportfolio and why? (The most challenging part was finding a user friendly website. Please expand on that)
- Success – what do you like best about your portfolio and why? (the best part was using my career report project because it was one of the hardest and most rewarding things I have ever built on my own. Please expand on that)
