Neuroanatomy and Multipolar Neuron Discussion
I’m working on a speech therapy question and need an explanation to help me learn.
- Multipolar neuron. Describe in 2-3 sentences how neurons communicate with each other.
- Oligodendrocyte” and Schwann cells. Describe in 2-3 sentences what the role of myelin is and how oligodendrocytes and Schwann cells differ.
- Astrocyte. Describe what the astrocyte’s role is at the synapse. Describe what the astrocyte’s role is in the blood-brain barrier.
