Read Chapter 5 – Situational Approach Read Chapter 6 – Path-Goal Approach Read Chapter 7- Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) Theory Approach 1.Research the various questionnaires found at the end of each Chapter 5, 6, & 7. 2.Select one questionnaire to fully complete as a self-assessment. Post the name of your chosen questionnaire and write a brief overview and what you learned from taking the assessment. 3.Compare your findings with a peer who completed the same questionnaire, include in post a comparative analysis. 4.Respond to another peer that selected a different questionnaire.
