Discussion 15a- Watch the Workplace Violence video, which can also be found in the Instructional Materials. Were his co-workers required to tell their HR manager about the situation? Do you think the HR manager correctly handled the situation with the troubled employee? What actions support your argument? What, if any, actions should the HR manager have taken to mitigate the escalating situation?
