I’m working on a management discussion question and need an explanation to help me study.
Some look at the annual budget, which can hinder growth, but forecasts can only forecast information based on findings and trends. The annual budget can ensure a planned point or a plus or minus for achieving its yearly goal. As a senior manager, I used quarterly budgets, which kept me in line as far as over-time and hiring. Class, which one do use or both? How do you feel about budgets?
