Amending the Constitution is one of the most difficult things to do in American government? In one or two sentences written in your own words, what does Article V require? Think about the United States in which you live in 2021, 234 years after the Constitution of 1787 was drafted. In a sentence or two, propose a constitutional amendment. Being honest with yourself, how likely is it that your proposal will become law?
