Calculate PV of NCF in excel
I need to have the PV of NCF calculated for the “No Real Options” portion and for the “Real Options” portion of the homework. I need the formulas to be in the answer so I know how the tutor got the answer. Then I need to calculate the “Value of Option over PV” and “% of PV” on the Difference section
