This article gives an overview of how California’s decarbonization goals are being approached from an economic perspective and how Life Cycle Assessment can change the analysis. How do you think California’s decarbonization pathways can and should consider other externalities? What justifications do the authors give? Do you agree or disagree and why? What would you change or add to their suggested approach?
