I want you to ask the questionLeaders play an important role in communication and change within an organization. Uncertainty is a roadblock to change and is a barrier to communication. There are several things I’ve done as a Human Resources manager to help remove that obstacle:One of the ways to break through poor trust is to give employees clarity and direction around departmental goals and/or organizational goals.Another way is to make sure employees have get regular performance feedback. That way, there is clarity around accomplishments, improvement needs, and direction.Give consistent instructions to employees.
