MAN 4045 South Florida Community College Team Experience Question Discussion
First assignment DUE 5-22: (MOD 2)Complete a one page essay regarding what occurs during the forming stage of team development and what actions should be taken by the leader and members at this stage (double space)
Second assignment DUE 5-25 ( MOD 3):Complete one page essay regarding what occurs during the storming stage of team development and what actions should be taken by the leader and members at this stage (double space) AND A student Team Experience Report —- Each student will be required to complete a report regarding what was experienced as a member of an academic team. The report should discuss at least the following: 1) type of team, 2) team purpose, 3) type of award/reward (if any), 4) number of participants, 5) description of the level of conflict and how it was managed, 6) level of engagement, 7) team methods of communication, 8) team evaluation method, 9)changes that would have improved the experience, and 10) team composition. Also, include any other pertinent information.
AS you can see these aren’t very long. This is all the requirements I have.
