The challenge is not to produce an ideal product, but rather to provide a framework for the analysis of texts that is useful in most situations. The product has to be easy to use and to read, yet effective and precise with the information it provides. There are several common challenges. The first is, of course, that the data needs to be analyzed correctly. The sentiment analysis algorithm needs to determine which words in the text are positive or negative. The algorithm also needs to determine how many of those particular words are used together in the text. Second, the algorithm needs to take into account the context of the text and the meaning of what is being expressed. For example, in the example above: This is not working should be considered a negative signal because it suggests something wrong with the operation. However, if This is working is the text, it is only a negative signal because This is negative (Alaei et al., 2019). On the other hand, if This is working were the context: This is working is positive because it suggests that there is something good about the operation.

The first is in the interpretation of the observed data. This is where sentiment analysis is more challenging than the classification problem. Another is in the interpretation of a complex sentiment. The most popular application area is based on different kinds of applications for sentiment analysis. The most valuable application areas are based on the number of people paying attention to the content by paying attention to the topics. Most of the sentiment analysis applications aim to help us understand whether an application behaves uncertainly. The first such application was designed to evaluate Google’s search engine. The uncertain application is designed to assess which of the thousands of Google search results are most relevant to one search query (Sharda et al., 2020). The second application assesses the effectiveness of a particular product from a consumer point of view.

Sentiment analysis is an essential step in analyzing the impact of people’s actions on future investors. The goal of sentiment analysis is to predict the future returns of their portfolio. Sentiment analysis is an information-gathering technique used to understand whether and how someone reacts to a series of news events such as the latest scandal, controversial legislation, or new tax breaks. In a nutshell, the message is considered necessary or significant when some people perceive that the story is being mistreated (Soleymani et al., 2017). Sentiment analysis can be applied to any event in society. Sentiment analysis is a systematic analysis of how people feel about a particular subject. Sentiment analysis is an excellent way to learn about emotions. It is not easy to analyze what causes people to adopt a particular opinion or attitude. Sentiment analysis describes the process of finding relationships among several variables in order to find a predictive relationship. Sentiment analysis helps identify trends in the world of business (Soleymani et al., 2017).

The main challenge is using a simple machine learning algorithm to measure sentiment analysis using simple statistical models. This should be easy when people know which kind of analysis they want to perform. Since they will be using machine learning to calculate sentiment and use them to predict results, it is worth studying a straightforward method. Sentiment Analysis is a mathematical method to determine whether a group is “sentimental,” meaning they value positive or negative feelings based on their behavior. There are many different ways to evaluate opinions (Sharda et al., 2020). Sentiment analysis, used in various fields, can reveal an individual’s beliefs and values. For example, it can reveal a person’s political beliefs and his or her personality type. While the exact mechanism behind this phenomenon is not fully understood, some scientists theorize that these beliefs (and personality type) are related. In addition, sentiment analysis is the study of what is causing people to lose interest. Sentiment Analysis methods can easily miss subtle shifts in sentiment based on changing information (Sharda et al., 2020).

Policymaking occurs in organizations and governments. How policies are made, approved and enforced can vary depending on the entity and those making the decisions. It is important to understand how policy-making works, and in this assignment you share what you have learned and provide examples.

2)Ethical Issues are something that is happening in the criminal justice field everyday. One field that stands out more each and everyday is the police force. Having a spot light on them every single day from citizens filming each and everyday. One case that I was researching was not a recent one but one that happened in 2014. A 21 year old college student in Grand Rapids, Michigan was walking between two summer jobs when he noticed some men dressed in black leaning against a black suv. Not knowing these were undercover agents looking for a fugitive that empty boxes of cans and liquor. When stopped he was asked a bunch of questions but never once did they identify themselves as agents. So he thought he was getting robbed after one of the men took his wallet from him. He decided to fight back, and they threw him onto the car and beat him unconscious. Bystanders filming and calling 911. Once uniform police arrived the situation got worse. They ended up having the witnesses delete the videos. Charged him with serious felonies. Tell this day he is still fighting for this rights and trying to put the agents that did this to him away. Something like this should have never happened. Mistaken identity happens to offend in the world. The agents should have first identified themselves and after takimg his wallet it should have shown who he was. Something like this has to be corrected in the broken system. Police officers and agents should be held accountable for their actions, just like citizens are.

• Describe the ethical violation and why it is an ethical violation, based on the Law Enforcement Code of Ethics.
• Explain the consequences for the violation. Do you feel the consequences were adequate? Why or why not?
• Explain what measures the agency has taken to prevent such an occurrence from happening again. Do you feel they are effective? Provide a possible alternative measure to be considered.
• Propose how the officer should have acted to support the code of ethics and show good personal ethics.
