Forum: Unit 3 DB: Structure and Culture of an Organization
Based on this week’s readings, discuss the clues you perceive about the organizational culture where you work. Include your observations about language (keywords) used, physical arrangements, dress, etc. Compare your findings with your classmates. Do you see any common traits? Do you think you could change anything in an attempt to impact the culture?
