Writing Guidelines

1. Open a new word processing document and include the following information at the top of your graded project:
   • Name and email address
   • Student number
   • Course title and number (Basic Medical Coding HIT203)
2. Copy and paste all exam questions into the Word document and add answers after reading the assignment and following the instructions carefully.
3. After completing the exam, click on File, Save as, Documents, name the file, and click Save.
