2. Instructions ? Before participating in this discussion, please make sure that you have read Ch 7, and “The Saints and the Roughnecks” by William Chambliss. It’s also not a bad idea to watch the lecture on deviance before the discussion. Also, make sure that you are 1) Including at least one or more quotes from the assigned reading and 2) You are responding to a classmate as well as part of your weekly discussion. I have noticed that these two things are the main reasons some students are not earning full credit on these assignments.
1. Who were the “Saints” and who were the “Roughnecks”? According to Chambliss, which group was more deviant and why?
