Present the facts of the case here. Describe Kim’s family history, health history, developmental history, educational history, etc. This should be written in narrative form (as opposed to bullets and outlines).
Analysis
Discuss how the facts impact Kim. What interventions does Kim need in order to meet developmental goals?
Goals
For each of the four developmental areas (self-care, language, social/emotional, pre-academic), use the Early Learning Progressions and NC Foundations for Early Learning and Development to develop an appropriate goal for Kim.
Strategies
For each of the four goals, outline 2-3 strategies that could be used to make progress towards the goal. These strategies can come from the Early Learning Progressions, textbook or another source (*cited if used). Strategies can embedded in daily routines, or delivered in group or one on one instruction.
