After reading Mermelstein’s chapter 5, in your own words identify the differences between the instructional strategies of interactive writing, shared reading, shared writing and read aloud. Then, identify one of the instructional strategies and discuss when its best to use the instructional strategy. In other words, if you wanted to teach X (insert one of the components of reading and writing development), you would use the instructional strategy Y (insert either interactive writing, shared reading, shared writing and read aloud). Then explain why this would be the best strategy.
THEN, Write a partial annotated bibliographY. Use the partial annotated bibliography questions to guide your writing.
