University of Maryland Not Guilty By Reason of Insanity Case Study
One of the key components that we discussed was Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity NGRI. To gain further insight into psychological testing within the judicial system, I would like each of you to find a case where an individual received a NGRI outcome. Be prepared to discuss the components of the case as it relates to the individuals mental status and provide your critical review as to why you agree or do not agree with the outcome of the case. Your critical review should include a picture, a brief background of the case and your critical assessment. Please submit no more than one page for this assignment.
