I’m working on a law question and need guidance to help me study.

For this essay, you will need to locate two articles about two different anxiety disorders (Phobias & Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders) discussed in this unit.

1. On your first page, make a chart, and compare/contrast the symptoms of the two disorders you chose.
2. Explain what makes anxiety disorders different from the other categories of disorders discussed in previous units.
3. Using your textbook, reflect on the link to criminality between the two disorders. Write one page, using APA citations, explaining the link to criminality and your opinion on why people with these disorders do (or do not) commit crime.

I attached the folder with the rubric, instructions and class notes to retrieve the concepts from. I also have a pdf of the textbook, if needed.

Use the crime data from the Topic 2 assignment to formulate a crime reduction policy, of 1,500-1,750 words that could be presented to the chief of police in your town. Identify an approach for reducing crimes; choose the two most serious crimes, within the data, for each of the three environments (residential, school, and mall).

Research and identify best practices used by agencies to solve these types of problems in support of your policy. Be sure to include the pros and cons of the various approaches.

Be sure to cite three to five relevant scholarly sources in support of your content. Use only sources found at the GCU Library, government websites, or those provided in Class Resources.

This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.

Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required.

1. Please describe how problem oriented policing differs from the professional crime fighting model? What are the eight reasons  for problem oriented policing? How do they affect police work today?

2. What are the differences and similarities between community-oriented policing services and problem-oriented policing?

What makes a border secure and how do you measure security? Please use the notion on an ecosystem in your response. Please answer in 400 to 500 words. Please cite APA 6th edition.

Aviation continues to be the target of choice. Where and how might the next attack be directed, bearing in mind we have had suicide missions (9-11) and facilities targeted?

Imagine you are a criminal justice practitioner (pick from a police officer or correctional officer). If you are police officer, for purposes of this assignment, you are the officer on the scene, responding to the crime and conducting the investigation and arrest. If you are the correctional officer, you are the one working with the person once he or she is sentenced. Address the following in your essay:

1. Begin by reflecting on      how you feel working with someone with a sexual disorder, specifically      pedophilia, and how it would impact you professionally and personally.      Discuss why you feel this way and if you can professionally put aside your      mindset regarding this disorder. If you believe you will have no issues,      discuss why.
2. For those choosing to be      police officers: How would you feel arriving on the scene, questioning      people, and talking to the offender and victim? How would this impact the      way you act? For those choosing to be correctional officers, how would      working with this individual affect you? Would you treat him or her      differently (whether on purpose or not)? How would it influence the way      these individuals would be allowed to socialize with other inmates?
3. Discuss how pedophilia      differs from other sexual disorders. Why do people commonly think of this      disorder, but do not think of the other sex disorders we learned about in      this unit? Explain differences and similarities.

In the context of this chapter and having discussed these issues in class, answer these questions:

1) What are the mandates to police officers and departments under the Americans with Disabilities Act and what “reasonable accommodations” would be an example of a police department complying with the ADA?

2) What does the term by suicide-by-cop mean and how does it affect police officers?

3) What is the relationship between substance abuse (common street or prescribed drugs, alcohol) and violent behaviors by persons with mental disorders?

Please submit your answer in APA format (cover page, citations, separate reference page) with 3 to 4 pages of analysis for a total of 5-6 pages (when including cover and reference pages).

Also, feel free to include other points you observe in the documentary, and please try to make connections with the subject of the course. However, if you use other sources, please cite them correctly using one of the citation styles identified in the course syllabus and have a bibliography page at the end of your essay. Your submissions must be in DOC or DOCX format.

• Why do people become drug dealers or get involved in crime? Please use one of the theories (the one that you think best explains crime causality) from the textbook (Chapter 3: The Search for Causes).

• Do some residents seem to be living in a vicious circle of crime? What are the difficulties ex-convicts face after they serve their sentence and try to reintegrate into society?
