Create a powerpoint presentation for LGBTQIA+ students in grades 15-20. Talk about how it relates to social justice, Mental health, and social emotional learning. Provide clear anti-racist/advocacy. Talk about the struggles they go through and what is needed to be done to help them not feel rejected.

Also create a handout for the observers to deepen their understanding and tools that they can implement on their own.

So basically 1 handout basically deepening the information in the presentation. And a 15-20 slide presentation on advocacy with LGBTQIA students and what they go through in high school. And what we can do as guidance counselors to help them

1. Find an article on the efficient market hypothesis and explain why you agree or disagree with the author’s position

2. Review the Counts vs. Meriwether Case Summary:

In cases alleging idea theft or copyright infringement, the defendant’s access to the material must be established.

Assignment Content

1. This week you set up a website for your MBA Program Assessment digital portfolio. Your website/digital portfolio will include artifacts (signature assignments) from each of your core courses to demonstrate your learning in the MBA program. This digital portfolio is something you can use in interviews as you take the next steps in your career.
   This week you only need to create a webpage for this class, post your short introduction biography on the site, and create pages for the core program courses where you can upload your artifacts throughout the term. In week 8, you submit your completed MBA Program Portfolio & Assessment.

   Step 1: Create Your Website

   1. Select and set up your website using Wix or Google Sites. Your website must be viewable by me.
   2. Name your website: “Your Name’s MBA Program Portfolio”.
   3. Include images and backgrounds that emphasize your focus but be careful that these are not too distracting. Your website should represent you as a business professional.
   4. Create the following pages on your website. You should have one page for each core MBA course and a biography page:
   5. Biography – Add a short biography, as the author of the site.
   6. Organizational Behavior & Theory
   7. Value Systems & Professional Ethics
   8. Strategic Marketing
   9. Managerial Economics
   10. Managerial Finance
   11. Management Information Systems
   12. Management Accounting

   Step 2: Submit Your Assignment

   1. Take a screenshot of your introduction biography page (directions for taking a screenshot on any device). Include your website’s header that shows the name and the menu that shows the pages.
   2. Insert your screenshot into a Word document and include the hyperlink to your website in the document. Make sure I can view your site.
   3. Click the “MBA Program Assessment: Set-up Your Digital Portfolio” link in week 1.
   4. Use the “Browse Computer” option to select your Word document. Make sure that your document includes the link to your website and a screenshot of your introduction biography page.

• Create a new document 51 picas wide x 66 picas high (8 1/2″ x 11″).
• Choose facing pages, so you have a 2-page spread. See how to do so below.
• Create a grid you will use as the foundation of your design.
• Use the marketing or review copy from the Hyperlight-KE_Review&Features.docx
• Body copy is typically 11-12 points, depending upon the typeface. The headline size is up to you. Use hierarchy wisely.
• Choose two complementary typefaces; one for the headline (Sans Serif) and one for the body copy (Serif).
• Choose which text you will use for the article. You are not required to (and shouldn’t) use it all. There are sales/marketing copy and a feature review. The purpose, style, and content of the article is up to you.
• Choose your image or images from the Hyperlight-KE_Images folder you downloaded.
• The document should include at least one bleed and one slug area.

Keeping in mind what you’ve learned about the Hyperlight-KE and its target audience, create a design that will catch the audience’s attention and communicate the image and feel of the new sportscar.

How to Create Facing Pages

To create facing pages, make sure the Facing Pages option is checked when creating a new document.

Submit your completed assignment by following the directions linked below. Please check the Course Calendar for specific due dates.

Package and submit your original InDesign document. Make certain that the file is under 15 MB. (Mac users, please remember to append the extension to the filename.) The name of the files should be your first initial and last name, followed by an underscore and the name of the assignment, and an underscore and the date. Examples are shown below:

Welcome back to the last part of your Independent project. In this module, you will research and apply knowledge about the stability and control of your selected aircraft, before finalizing your work with a concluding presentation. You will submit the entire presentation as a whole finished production.  Keep in mind, this is supposed to be an “Instructional Presentation.” So you are telling someone else about the characteristics of your chosen aircraft as if they have never heard of that aircraft before. Again, if you have any questions about the project, please feel free to review the Independent Project Introduction in Module 2. your selected project aircraft, create an instructional presentation that details the weight and balance of your selected aircraft.  

From the provided resources, find and diagram the allowable center of gravity (CG) range for your aircraft and explain how passenger and/or fuel loading would affect the CG. 

Then, compile your entire aircraft documentation into a presentation format, utilizing a presentation tool of your choice The goal of the presentation is to inform a new owner/operator of your selected aircraft about the specific performance characteristics that you analyzed throughout this project. So, make sure to properly instruct your audience on how the provided data is applicable to the intended flight operations. Once completed, upload your presentation in the designated area. Then, each student individually reviews at least two of the other teams’ presentations and provides commenting and reflection.

Again, the emphasis in this project task is on explaining your methodology as if you attempted to instruct someone unfamiliar with the aerodynamic details and relationships. Therefore, make sure to detail all assumptions, all formulas used, and all steps that were taken.

For this Media Proposal assignment, students must submit a two paragraph summary, describing the proposed specific example of substance use portrayal in the media for use in the Major Paper.

Motivational Statement General Guide

You have made the decision to apply to become a Naval Officer. You’ve met with your recruiter & you know what program you are interested in, you’ve turned in lots of paperwork & filled out lots of information, but this motivational statement on your application has got you stumped – you have no idea what you want to say or what they WANT you to say. Here is some advice.

This motivational statement is the place where you get to tell the board about yourself. It’s your first impression. For many of you – this is the only time that you will get to address the board. Tell them who you ARE.

Who – tell them who you are, tell them about yourself, briefly.

Why – tell them Why you want to be a Navy Officer, tell them why you want to pursue a career in this field.

What – Tell them What you bring to the table. What makes you an outstanding candidate? What experiences do you bring to the Navy? What experiences/credentials do you possess that will make you an outstanding Navy Officer?

This is your chance to sell yourself. Tell the Board why they should select YOU above all of the hundreds of other applicants that also applied. This isn’t your resume – a list of all of your jobs will not suffice. Name dropping doesn’t work – it doesn’t matter who you know. It’s about what you can DO & what qualities you possess that will make you an asset to our team.

What NOT to say – don’t talk about how you wanted to join another branch, but their program was closed. Navy Officer Programs are competitive & we don’t want someone who would rather be somewhere else.

Keep it pertinent – if you are applying for an INTEL position, talk about your experiences that pertain to THAT field.

Information Professional Officers are the Navy’s Cyberspace Defensive Operations and Communications Officers with subject matter expertise in networks, computer systems, satellite communications, cyber defense, information & knowledge management, and Command and Control. This community is responsible for the maintenance, operation, and development of cutting-edge cyberspace systems, as web as global telecommunications and space systems that have been designed to operate under the most adverse conditions – from the deep ocean environment to outer space. 

Degrees directly related to information systems, cybersecurity, electrical, computed or systems engineering, or other STEM/technical fields, are strongly preferred, but not required. Candidates may be expected to hold some IP certifications, including but not limited to CISSR Networks, Security+, and CCNA

I believe the motivational statement is not so much “about me” but here’s are some highlights that might be both useful and helpful.
