Please write an essay (up to 500 words) where you address why the three principles mentioned by Tracy Wareing Evans are important to the future of public service. Why is it important to have these guiding principles? Which one do you think is more important? If you were a leader, how would you go about implementing these principles in your public administration career? Make sure you reflect on your understanding of the profession of public service and its future, the role it should play in ensuring equity and inclusion. This exercise will help you to put what you are learning this week to work for you as you start thinking about your Search Strategy assignment.  Choose one of the suggested topics, then pose a question that you want to answer about that topic.  This will be your preliminary research question.  The Week 1 resources will help you get acquainted with the UMGC library and other online resources and scope out available and relevant information to your question.  Then, plan a preliminary research strategy, which should include some search phrases that include Boolean logic. Students must qualify for special education services under one of the disability categories outlined by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. There is a specific process involved in identifying students as having a disability. This process includes a group of educators called a Child Study Team who help determine interventions for students. This process can include RTI, MTSS, and the special education identification process. Special education teachers will be involved in all steps of these processes.

Create a 250-500 word brochure for families of students who may have disabilities. In your brochure, include the following

In order to choose a project topic to research, you need to have a little background on your potential topic and information about what research has been done on that topic. Visit the UIU Library and conduct a word search on your potential topic. Identify at least 4 recent (last five years) academic journal articles that will assist you in understanding more about your project and direction. Please note the amount of recent (last five years) research available on your topic as you do so, as you will need at least 20 articles for your proposal. If you do not have adequate research, please consider changing the direction of your topic or change topics altogether. You must have adequate research on your topic in order to support your work.

Format of Assignment:

Type the description of your topic in a few paragraphs. State why you want to research your topic and what you hope to learn from it. Then provide four full citations of academic journal articles from the last five (5) years from the UIU Library databases (open source documents that you find online are not acceptable sources). This will help to ensure that you have sufficient research in which to complete your study.

For this assignment, please provide a full description of your intended topic. This should be formatted in proper APA Style (double spacing, 1″ margins, headings, first line indented paragraphs, appropriate fonts, etc.). This does not need to be a lengthy description, but it should give me an overall idea of what it is you want to study in three to four paragraphs, minimum. Once you have provided the description of your intended topic, also provide at least four (4) recent (previous five years) citations of academic journal articles that you locate in the UIU Library. The purpose of these articles is to ensure that there is adequate recent research available on your topic. As you go through the library databases, please note how many articles are available on your topic so that you know you will have sufficient research for your study. Please remember that academic journal articles means studies that contain Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Analysis, and Conclusion sections. One page or two page articles are not studies and are not considered research, although journals do publish them. If you notice that you are not finding sufficient research, please consider changing or modifying your topic. Annotated bibliographies are not necessary. I just need to see four full citations for academic journal articles from the UIU Library databases.

I’m studying for my class and need an explanation.

I am needing a sample email to send to my Course Lead for a Grade Appeal. It is the right of the student to appeal the decision if they feel they have a mitigating circumstance that they would like the Course Lead to consider. The email will need to be in a formal letter format addressed to the professor as an appeal and what they would like to happen as a result.
