LSU Communications Plan at Diversity Equity & Inclusion Social Culture Essay
Directions:
April is Celebrate Diversity Month. The Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) has asked you to put together a communications plan to make employees aware of this holiday and engage them throughout the month. Please outline a communications plan around this month and draft at least one communication that would be included in the plan.

As part of Celebrate Diversity Month, we will host a webinar on April 16 at 11 a.m. EST with Stuart Ferguson, president, and the DE&I Council. During the webinar, the panelists will have a conversation on DE&I, what it means at our company and answer any questions employees may have.
