Project Description:
Loyalty programs are a way that businesses can continue enticing repeat business from their customers – from punch cards that lead to a free sandwich to airline miles that could accumulate to a free trip.
For Project, you will write about a loyalty program that you may be a part of as you answer the following questions. If you are not part of any loyalty program, write about your ideal loyalty program and still answering the following questions.
- What is the business/brand that offers the loyalty program you are in?
- What is the name of the loyalty program?
- What do you get as a reward for being a loyal member?
- Does being a part of the loyalty program make you a more loyal customer? Explain why.
