Emotional Intelligence and Wellness of Marines Fundamental Leadership Discussion
With suicide rates among active duty and veterans at an all-time high it is critically important to understand why leaders must have high levels of emotional intelligence and recognize that wellness involves taking care of oneself as well as the individuals they lead.
Learning Outcomes
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of emotional intelligence and wellness within yourself and your organization.
Two issues for discussion are posed for each lesson. Learners must individually address the issues—initial response—through college-level, succinct and insightful paragraphs.
