In this module, you’ve read about Albert Bandura’s theory of self-efficacy. Bandura is considered a legend in the field of psychology, and although his theory of self-efficacy was developed decades ago, his work continues to apply to contemporary educational contexts.
In this TEDx Talk, Mamie Morrow discusses the keys components of self-efficacy theory and applications to classrooms and professional development. Morrow has 20+ years of experience as an educator in Pre-K, elementary, and secondary schools, and has lead training programs for teachers, coaches, and administrators across the United States.
