Consider the hypothetical situation in which you are part of the marketing team of a management consulting firm. Your client is one of the following: 

–   Whole Foods Market, which is facing the challenge of maintaining its identity while incorporating new pricing and institutional strategies being pushed by its new parent company, Amazon. Your firm will be assisting in the development of a new institutional marketing campaign for WFM. 

–  Netflix, which is facing the challenge of being in the shakeout phase of the online streaming industry lifecycle and, therefore, shifting its focus to original content in order to gain a competitive advantage. Still, remaining competitive within the online streaming industry is Netflix’s bread and butter. Choose either WFM or Netflix. Then write a 2-page paper with the following two parts:
